Brooks Schaden oversees all aspects of the brands and investments within SIF Partners, including Tom’s Watch Bar, MPMG/Cliovana, Motiv Sports and manages the securities and real estate investment portfolio.   He also spends time in the market to identify trends and new opportunities for investment and innovation within the relevant sectors.

Prior to joining SIF, he founded and ran Baseline Partners, a private equity investment fund primarily focused in emerging markets. 

Prior to Baseline, Brooks held several executive positions in Investment Banking at Merrill Lynch (and previously in mergers and acquisitions at ABN-AMRO) where he completed a wide range of corporate finance and acquisition transactions, including structuring and executing the world’s largest financing at the time. 

Brooks received his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in International Business and Finance from Washington University in St. Louis.
